Displaying your Insights

Overview

Orthogramic Insights enables organizations to transform documents including Annual Reports into interactive, embedded business architecture visualizations. Business information is extracted from the documents based on the Orthogramic Metamodel. The document’s strategic objectives, financials, risks, organizational structure etc. are displayed as an interactive mindmap on your website or intranet.

This guide outlines the steps to embed a document using Orthogramic Insights.

Steps to display a document

Upload a document

Review and refine extracted data

1. Once processing is complete, you can edit the content via either:

   1. Insights, see: Insights or

   2. Document > Repository, see: Document repository

2. Review how Orthogramic has categorized the document’s content.

3. Click on any domain or node to edit or refine the extracted data if necessary.

Embed Orthogramic Insights on a website

If you prefer to view Orthogramic Insights on your website or intranet, follow the steps to display them there:

1. Adding an API token

2. Integrating Orthogramic Insights

Test and optimize the embedded insights

1. Open the Orthogramic app or the website page where the document is embedded.

2. Interact with the mindmap to confirm that all data loads correctly.

3. Ask questions in the contextual chat assistant to ensure relevant insights are provided.

4. If adjustments are needed, return to Orthogramic Insights and refine the display settings.

Additional features

• Updates: When a new version of the document is uploaded, the embedded version is updated automatically.

• Scope: You can also embed the organization’s full business architecture by selecting Organization for the scope instead of Document.

• Access: The Insights can be read only, read and write or Admin user write only.
