Document Weighting
Settings > Documents > Weighting
For more details, see: Document weighting and criteria analysis
Define Document Weighting Criteria: Establish the criteria that will determine the importance of each strategic document. Typical criteria include alignment with organizational goals, impact on decision-making, scope of influence, compliance and regulatory requirements, and stakeholder interest.
Assign Weights to Each Criterion: Assign relative weights to each criterion based on its importance to the organization’s strategy. This can be done through stakeholder input, strategic alignment workshops, or expert judgment.
Calculate Weighted Scores: Multiply the scores assigned to each document by the weights of each criterion to get a total weighted score.
Normalize Scores: Normalize the scores to make them comparable across different documents. This can be done by dividing each document’s score by the highest score or by summing all scores and dividing each by the total.
Rank Documents: Rank documents based on their normalized scores to determine their relative importance.
Document Types
Settings > Documents > Types
For more details, see: Document types
Categorize Documents: Define categories for documents based on their nature and purpose within the organization. Examples include strategic documents, operational documents, compliance documents, and more.
Set Metadata for Each Category: Assign specific metadata fields for each document type to ensure consistent classification and retrieval.

These domains will form the backbone of your business architecture documentation within Orthogramic.
