This is a organisation view, summarising each organisational unit's coverage in terms of business architecture domain documentation based on its relevance, quality or quantity. The software helps users to visualize and understand the documentation quality across different units within the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). Greyed out organisational units have been previously excluded from the coverage analysis.

  1. Organisational Structure Visualization:

    • Provides a visual representation of the organisational structure.

    • Differentiates between units with complete, partial, and excluded documentation based on its relevance, quality or quantity.

  2. Relevance, Quality, and Quantity Assessments:

    • Relevance: How closely the domain data aligns with the organisation's strategic goals.

      • Ratings: Very High, High, Medium, Low, Very Low, Incomplete.

    • Quality: Adherence to industry standards, specifically ISO 9001 for documents.

      • Ratings: Very High, High, Medium, Low, Very Low, Incomplete.

    • Quantity: Comprehensiveness of the documentation against ISO 9001 requirements.

      • Ratings: Very High, High, Medium, Low, Very Low, Incomplete.
