Introduction

The Document Repository is the central storage location for all business architecture documents in Orthogramic. It ensures documents are organized, easily accessible, and securely maintained for future reference.

Accessing the Document Repository

Navigate to Document Management

  • From the main dashboard, select "Documents > Repository."

Using the Document Repository

Browse Documents

  • The repository lists all uploaded documents. You can browse through the list or use the search bar to find specific documents.

Filter and Sort

  • Utilize filters and sorting options to organize the documents by type, date, author, or relevance. This helps in quickly finding the needed document.

View Document Details

  • Click on a document title to view its summary and details. This helps in assessing the document's relevance to your needs.

Manage Documents

  • Depending on your access rights, you can edit, move, or delete documents directly from the repository. Ensure you have the necessary permissions before making any changes.

Security and Access Control

  • The repository ensures that only authorized users can access or modify documents, maintaining document integrity and security.
