Introduction

Orthogramic Chat is an intelligent assistant for navigating and utilising the vast amounts of business architecture data your organisation may add to Orthogramic. Chat is designed to help you efficiently access, synthesise, and leverage information, empowering you to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in your organisation.

Examples of chat use

Here are some examples of the use of Orthogramic chat:

  • Managing Change Initiatives Using Insights: Users can ask questions about managing change initiatives effectively using insights provided by Orthogramic.

  • Identifying Key Metrics for Change Implementation Progress: Users can inquire about the important metrics to track and measure the progress of change implementation.

  • Identifying Risks in Risk Management Policies: Users can seek information on the risks identified within their organisation's risk management policies.

  • Supporting Continuous Improvement: Users can ask if and how Orthogramic can support continuous improvement efforts within their organisation.

User type assistance

Chat will tailor responses based on your Orthogramic user type. For example, a Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be assisted to focus on operational alignment, efficiency, and strategic execution. In their case, Orthogramic will offer clear insights on how business architecture improvements can streamline operations and enhance cross-functional coordination. See: User types

Refinement assistance

  • Timeframe refinement helps focus on relevant periods (past, present, future) for comparison or trend analysis.

  • Organization and role provide a more structured view of queries related to specific teams or responsibilities.

  • Domain narrows the query to relevant business areas.

  • Attachment allows adding supporting documentation for deeper insights.

While Orthogramic Chat is a powerful tool, it may occasionally generate incorrect information, struggle with highly complex queries, or have limitations in retaining context over long or intricate conversations. Users are encouraged to verify critical details and be aware of these potential limitations.
