Introduction

Document summaries provides an overview of the business architecture domain data contained within each document uploaded to Orthogramic. This allows users to quickly assess the document’s relevance, structure, and key insights in relation to business architecture principles.

Each document is automatically analysed and classified based on its content, linking it to specific business architecture domains such as Strategy, Capabilities, Value Streams, Policy, Organization, Information, and Performance. This structured approach ensures that users can easily navigate and leverage document content for strategic decision-making.

Accessing Document summaries

To access a Document summary for a document

  1. Navigate to Documents > Document Repository

  2. Right click on a Document and select Summary from the menu (See below)

  1. The Document’s summary will open. You can delve into a summary of the business architecture domain data held in the document.
